Yoana Buzova uses simple technology, a DIY approach and found materials to create her 'urban in(ter)ventions'. Her work balances on the edge between manual dexterity and personal expression. Buzova is part of the Rotterdam collectives Re#sister and Varia, and considers knowledge gathering and collaboration to be essential for the creation of her own work.
'Recipes From Uncanny Times' consists of physical tape loops, modified Walkman cassette players and of course: a recipe booklet.
